Hill Fuel Poverty Review

The Hills Fuel Poverty Review published an interim report today, and are running a consultation until the 18th November 2011. The report addresses two of the three main principles of the problem of fuel security: whether it is a distinct problem or a manifestation of more general problems of poverty, and, if it is a distinct problem, how is it best measured, and does the current approach to doing this capture the problems most effectively?

The work of the Marmot Review Team on fuel poverty was mentioned at the launch conference and also in a BBC article about the report.
