The Tower Hamlets vanguard, Tower Hamlets Together, established the Whole Systems Data Set (WSDP) to describe and understand the relationship between inequalities in health and service use and the impact of the wider determinants of health across the borough.

It is intended to build the evidence, as identified in The Marmot Review, needed to support NHS England’s New Models of Care.
