The Health Equity Network’s Third Annual National Conference took place on 9 October 2025 at The Spine in Liverpool – one of the healthiest buildings in the UK. Bringing together around 250 participants for a focused, high-impact day, the conference explored how we can accelerate progress on health equity through tackling child poverty and strengthening the growing movement of health equity ‘Marmot’ Places across the UK.

The Health Equity Network is a growing community of almost 7,000 members from across the UK and an expanding international base, spanning community and voluntary organisations, business, statutory bodies, academia, and social enterprises. This year’s conference built on that collective strength, creating space for learning, connection, and shared action towards reducing health inequalities and supporting a broader social movement for health equity.
